1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide

If you are located outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us prior to purchasing.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g. 3–7 business days]

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays or peak periods.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delays and Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@stanthorpezensations.com.au and we will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping provider.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

9. Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you choose authority to leave, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the nominated address. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
